The comment period is closed.

Between March 3, 2015 and April 28, 2015 the Ministry of the Attorney General received responses from organizations and businesses from across the justice sector, as well as a number of individuals.

The purpose of the consultation was to gather input on the merits of a potential online administrative monetary penalty (AMP) system to replace in-court procedures for resolving traffic and other charges prosecuted under the Provincial Offences Act (POA).
