Ontario is calling for nominations for awards that honour Ontarians who help and support victims of crime.
Nominations for the Attorney General's Victim Services Awards of Distinction will be accepted from now until January 21, 2011.
The awards will recognize excellence and exceptional achievement in any of the following categories:
"Through these awards, we recognize the dedication and exceptional achievements of professionals and volunteers who serve victims in this province. These awards also serve to honour victims who have courageously forged a better future for themselves, their families and their communities."
