A celebration was held at Dodem Kanonhsa? Elder's Cultural Facility in Toronto on June 18th, where the first of a number of grants to support Aboriginal victims of crime was presented by Attorney General Chris Bentley to Aboriginal Legal Services of Toronto. Participants include (left to right) Minister of Aboriginal Affairs Brad Duguid, Attorney General Chris Bentley, Elder Pauline Shirt, Executive Director of Aboriginal Legal Services of Toronto Kimberly Murray, and Member of the Board and Treasurer of Aboriginal Legal Services of Toronto, Carol Montagnes.
