Attorney General Chris Bentley (at podium) announces that Ontario is acting on Justice Goudge's recommendations by establishing a review team for "shaken baby" and head injury death cases, and a committee to consider issues of compensation related to Dr. Charles Smith's work. Bentley made the announcement at Queen's Park.
