Attorney General Chris Bentley announced proposed family law legislation that would, if passed, better protect women and children and reduce the cost and stress of family court proceedings in Ontario.
The announcement was made on Monday, November 24, 2008, at the YWCA Toronto, which is widely recognized for helping victims of violence against women.
