Notice To Members Of The Legal Profession

Effective April 1, 2009 the Children’s Lawyer has completed adding to her panel by selecting qualified lawyers to provide legal services on behalf of children through the Office of the Children’s Lawyer in the following areas of the law:

  • Child Protection (Child & Family Services Act)
  • Custody/Access (Divorce Act, Children’s Law Reform Act)

Successful candidates will have demonstrated an aptitude for representing children and have experience in family law. They will be attending mandatory designated educational seminars.

The next cycle for empanelment will commence on April 1, 2012.
