
The regulation under the Arbitration Act, 1991 requires the arbitrator to report twice a year on all family arbitrations he or she has conducted.
Reports are required only on final awards, not on interim awards.
Reports of arbitrations completed between April 1 and September 30 in any year must be submitted to the Ministry by November 30th of that year; those completed between October 1 and March 31 of the following year are due by May 31 of that year.

(The form does not ask for the names of the parties to the arbitration.)
