Depending on the nature of your case, any number of statutes or regulations may be important. Ontario's statutes and regulations are available online at www.e-laws.gov.on.ca.
The Rules of Civil Procedure are contained in a regulation under the Courts of Justice Act. The Rules govern procedure, including required forms, in the Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal.
