Part One of the Report of the Walkerton Commission of Inquiry -- prepared by Mr. Justice Dennis O’Connor -- into the contamination of the Walkerton water supply and into the safety of Ontario’s drinking water was received by the Attorney General on January 14, 2002 and released in English to the residents of Walkerton and the public on January 18, 2002.
