The Legal Services Branch at the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care (MOHLTC) and Ministry of Health Promotion (MHP) provides strategic legal advice on challenging, high profile issues facing the MOHLTC and MHP.
With approximately 45 lawyers, whose practices range from administrative law to contract law to legislative development and beyond, we offer our students an unrivaled exposure to the practice of health law in Ontario and a solid foundation on which to build a long and successful legal career.
