What is the difference between downloading AND subscribing?

Downloading: one file is saved to your computer or MP3 player. You must initiate the download. Each file must be downloaded individually.

Subscribing: every new podcast is automatically downloaded to your computer or MP3 player.
How do I download a podcast?

For PC users: 1. Right click on the download button. 2. Choose "Save target as" or "Save link as" and pick a location on your computer to download the podcast.
